These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Baulogic system, platform, dashboards, homeowner portals, mobile interfaces, devices, and associated services (collectively, the "System") provided by Baulogic Holdings Limited and its subsidiary and affiliated companies (together, "Baulogic", "we", "us", or "our").
Baulogic UK Ltd acts as the contracting entity for the supply of hardware, embedded software, and related products within the United Kingdom.
By accessing, installing, activating, or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This includes Customers, Authorised Users, and Homeowners whose properties or systems are connected to the System.
1. Definitions
Authorised User – Any individual authorised to access the System.
Customer – The contracting entity.
Homeowner – A residential owner or occupier connected to the System.
Data – Information processed by the System.
Services – Software, analytics, automations, and related services.
2. Eligibility and Authority
2.1 Direct and Indirect Supply
The System may be supplied directly by Baulogic or indirectly via developers, contractors, electricians, system integrators, resellers, housing providers, or other partners.
End users, homeowners, occupants, and Authorised Users using or accessing the System remain subject to these Terms regardless of the procurement, installation, or handover route.
Any party procuring the System on behalf of a homeowner or end user is responsible for bringing these Terms to their attention where reasonably practicable.
2.2 Eligibility and Authority
You must be 18+ and authorised to use the System.
3. Permitted Use
Permitted for building and home monitoring, control, and analytics. You must not misuse, reverse engineer, or unlawfully exploit the System.
4. Accounts and Security
Users must maintain credential security and report unauthorised access.

6. System Availability and Service Scope
6.1 Base System Functionality
Minimum functionality required for installed Goods to operate (control, operability, safety, baseline monitoring).
Baulogic will not disable Base Functionality after full payment except for:
• Safety or cybersecurity
• Legal compliance
• Recovery of unpaid/replaced equipment
• Material breach
6.2 Enhanced or Smart Services
Includes analytics, automation, optimisation, integrations, and remote services. May be licensed or subscription-based and suspended for non-payment.
6.3 Future Subscription Services
May be introduced under separate terms.
7. Voice Assistants and ThirdParty Control Integrations
The System may integrate with voice assistants (e.g., Amazon Alexa). By enabling:
• You authorise data exchange
• Voice commands may trigger actions
• Accuracy depends on third parties
• Baulogic not liable for voice errors
Do not rely on voice control for safety or emergency functions.
8. Integrations, Connectivity, and Dependencies
System performance may rely on third-party platforms, connectivity, and infrastructure.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the System remain the property of Baulogic Holdings Limited or its licensors. Baulogic group companies, including Baulogic UK Ltd, are authorised to license and make the System available on its behalf.
10. Service Modifications
Features may be updated, enhanced, or retired.
11. Limitation of Liability
Platform liability limited to fees paid for Optional Services in prior 12 months. Hardware governed by Supply & Warranty terms.
12. Warranties Disclaimer
Platform provided “as is”.
13. Suspension and Termination
Optional services may be suspended for non-payment.
System functionality may be restricted if installed Goods unpaid.
Replaced components may be deactivated if not returned.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties protect confidential information.
15. Acceptable Use – Residential Systems
Monitoring must comply with privacy and surveillance laws.
16. Cybersecurity Responsibilities
Users must secure networks and devices.
17. Governing Law
England and Wales.
18. Relationship with Supply and Warranty Terms
Supply Terms govern goods.
Warranty governs defects.
These Terms govern platform use.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update periodically.
