Building in London

Designed for the way London homes are built

01

Less time on a tight site

Whether it is a new build or a full refurbishment, London projects run on tight programmes, limited access and busy trades. Because we configure and test your system off-site, it arrives labelled and ready to connect, and your electrician fits it as part of the normal first and second fix.

02

Homes that are looked after when you are away

Many London homes stand empty for weeks at a time. Away and Frost presets keep heating at a safe level, lighting can make the home look lived in, and sensors send alerts to your phone. You can check on the home and adjust it from anywhere.

03

A home your buyers or tenants can actually use

Scenes are simple to use from the wall or the app, and homeowners can adjust their own schedules and Smart Events without calling anyone out.

04

One fixed price

Every project is quoted individually, and once quoted, the price is fixed. Systems start from around £5 per square foot of the home you are building.

The process

How a London project runs

01

Free design consultation

We review your drawings by video call, and we can visit the site on request.

02

Configured off-site

We build and programme your system at our Huntingdon facility and test it before it ships.

03

Installed by your electrician

Your own electrical contractor fits it. We train them for free, online in 90 minutes or in person at our Northamptonshire head office.

04

Supported after handover

Homeowners come to us directly, and most questions are resolved remotely.

Built on KNX

Built on the open standard for home control.

Every Baulogic system is built on KNX, the globally recognised standard for home and building control. It is hardwired, so everyday control runs locally and keeps working if the internet drops, and because KNX is open, the home is never tied to a single company. (Remote app access and our remote diagnostics use a secure cloud connection.)

KNX home automation

Hardwired
Everyday control runs over the home’s own wiring
Open
Any KNX professional can maintain and extend it
Lasting
Designed to last as long as the home’s wiring
