Every system is configured and tested at our Huntingdon facility before it ships, and our head office is in Raunds. For projects across the East of England, that means a team close to your project, who support the home directly after handover.

Your system arrives labelled and programmed, so your own electrician fits it during the normal first and second fix, with no specialist integrator needed on site.

Comfortable, efficient homes

Room-by-room heating, ventilation (MVHR), hot water and shading work together, and the system can make use of cheaper time-of-day energy tariffs.

A home you can adjust yourself

Scenes, schedules and Smart Events are yours to change in the app, whenever you like.

One fixed price

Every project is quoted individually, then fixed. Systems start from around £5 per square foot of the home you are building.

Built on KNX

Built on the open standard for home control.

Every Baulogic system is built on KNX, the globally recognised standard for home and building control. It is hardwired, so everyday control runs locally and keeps working if the internet drops, and because KNX is open, the home is never tied to a single company. (Remote app access and our remote diagnostics use a secure cloud connection.)

Yes, on request. Many projects start with a video call over the drawings, and we visit when seeing the site helps.
