Alder Hey Children's Hospital
Baulogic were delighted to be appointed to commission the lighting control system in the Outpatients Department of Alder Hey Children's Hospital, on the basis of our intimate knowledge of the WAGO DALI lighting control platform.
St. John's College
St John's College is one of the oldest and largest colleges in Cambridge, and maintaining the college buildings - some dating from the 16th century and including the oldest secular building in Cambridge - is a constant battle.
Baulogic provided a KNX programming service for the intelligent lighting and heating controls for this project. Working to a specification drawn up by others, we programmed the keypads and actuators in our Cambridge workshop, downloaded them to the installation remotely, and then made a few short visits to commission the system onsite.
The Britten-Pears Foundation's archive building houses the extensive collection of music manuscripts, letters, photographs and recordings of the composer Benjamin Britten and tenor Peter Pears.

Baulogic were responsible for the home's building controls including smart lighting, underfloor heating, electric roller blinds, mechanical ventilation, and plant room control.
Baulogic designed and installed an intelligent home automation system for The Newton - an award-winning student accommodation scheme by Cambridge-based property developer Chard Robinson. A single touch panel in each unit is used to control the lighting and underfloor heating, and to answer video calls from the communal entrance.
This project consists of a 5000sqft converted barn and accompanying piggery in the French countryside. Fully wired for intelligent control of lighting, heating, sound and video across five bedrooms, all with en-suites, extensive living areas, gym and spa. The outside lighting, intruder alarm and CCTV are also integrated into the system.
Campden Hill Towers
This project consisted of the redevelopment of a duplex apartment in a 1960s tower block in central London. The apartment was gutted and the internal spaces re-organised to provide a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom space.
This contemporary apartment was re-developed to provide a stunning showcase of Baulogic's work. A stunning lighting design by Baulogic was coupled with an intelligent lighting control solution based on KNX. Accessible from Vimar keypads and touch screens, the apartment made full use of mood-based scene controls.
A major property developer wanted to enhance the appeal of its ten penthouse apartments in a prestigious landmark multi-dwelling apartment building in Cambridge.
Baulogic was approached to design and install an intelligent lighting system in a penthouse apartment at The Belvedere, Cambridge, to maximise the appeal of this spacious contemporary penthouse apartment.
Baulogic designed and installed a comprehensive CCTV system to monitor the outside of this building, its underground car park and the main entrance lobbies to the apartments. Baulogic recommended a system that provides local and remote monitoring of all cameras, and automated off-site backup of recorded images.
