An intelligent home from Baulogic optimises the environmental control according to the way you use your home. The temperature of each room is displayed at conveniently located touch screens, and you can alter any room's setting from anywhere in the home. You can review graphs of historical energy usage to analyse the performance of the heating system.

Comfort and convenience that saves energy and money
The system controls all forms of heating in the home, including radiators, under-flooring heating and heated towel rails - and air conditioning too. One push of a button will warm up your guests' towels, whilst another will turn the guest room off - saving you both energy and money. Presence sensors in sporadically occupied rooms automatically reduce the temperature when the room is unoccupied, and return the heating to full temperature when the room is in use.

Precisely controlled
Each room's temperature is measured electronically at shoulder height - not close to the radiator like traditional thermostatic valves - and boiler cycling is eliminated at source. This provides much better control of the room's temperature, saving energy whilst ensuring you feel comfortable at all times.
