These savings are achieved by using superior control algorithms to maintain the temperatures of each room, rather than sensing the room temperature with a simple on-off thermostat. A KNX-based heating controller continually adjusts the amount of heat injected into the room in proportion to the difference between desired temperature and actual temperature. This proportional control reduces the temperature overshoots that result in wasted energy.

Adapted to your needs
The desired temperature for each room can be adjusted for multiple periods during the working day. Baulogic's system can automatically reduce the temperature of a room or area that is not being used, and the heating in the entire property can be turned off automatically when the system detects that it is unoccupied.
