The Britten-Pears Foundation’s new archive building was designed to house a collection of music manuscripts, letters, photographs and recordings of composer Benjamin Britten and tenor Peter Pears. 

The environment within the main archive store is monitored and controlled by Baulogic’s building management system, ensuring the collections are maintained at optimum conditions throughout the year, while minimising energy consumption.


St John's College is one of the oldest and largest colleges in Cambridge, and maintaining the college buildings - some dating from the 16th century and including the oldest secular building in Cambridge - is a constant battle.

Recently renovated college buildings have been specified with a Baulogic lighting control system utilising DALI and KNX to simplify various maintenance tasks, including the requirement for the college to periodically test the emergency lighting system.
